About meHi! My name is Joanna and I am so glad you are here.
I have been teaching Pilates since 2016 and discovered the transforming benefits and impact on my joints and muscles. I further continued my education to complete the 520 hour comprehensive Pilates instructor certification through Balanced Body University. In addition to my Pilates training, I completed my bachelor of science from SFU with a focus in kinesiology and theoretical mathematics. My background in biomechanics, physiology and Pilates allows me to work with a wide scope of clients with specific injuries or athletic goals. I love working with new and veteran Pilates enthusiasts to accomplish their goals of healing and strength through movement. |
